1. Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

2. Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be for the product purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
